Meeting violation probe dropped | Criminal charges will not be pursued against three Lane County commissioners

"During the trial on the civil suit, commissioners’ office employees Rudy Chavarria, Glendean “Deeni” Leak and Melissa Zimmer stated under oath that meetings took place between the three commissioners and Piercy, a possible violation of a state law requiring a quorum or majority of the county board to hold such meetings in public."
