Cancer drug firm wins investment | Company has a way to make chemo drugs less toxic
Our Chamber lead the efforts around a very successful Willamette Angel Conference this week…the effort included 25 angel investors who invested $200,000 in Eugene-based Cascade Prodrug; 30 exciting companies who competed for the funds; $7,000 for “concept stage” winner Corvallis-based Coyle; over 200 people in attendance; a great Start-up Expo on Wednesday night. All this helps position our region and a place we new ideas and new businesses are supported.
