What impact did systemic electoral fraud and abuse have on the 2012 election?

Lane County Criminal Officials who legalize Sedition & Voter Fraud in Lane County. Have defrauded me FIVE TIMES. 
Mayor for all corruptions had the nerve to post her yard sign to the OE page asking them if they want their Yard to be graced by her sign!! 

Then, after she claimed she won the Election for her Third Term, cheating her Opponent Kevin Prociw! Piercy hardly has more than 359 members "LIKE" max on her Page!!

And Pat Farr the DUI who cheated me in the primary claiming he got 59.9% , got only "16,326" Votes!!
