A Municipal Court Judge’s decision finding that curfews in the Wayne Morse Terrace in front of the Lane County Courthouse and Public Service Building (which is also a temporary home for the Eugene City Hall) violate free speech rights has prompted inaction by city of Eugene officials and campers have responded accordingly:
