District attorney files Oregon State Bar complaint against Eugene lawyers representing Ammon Bundy

District attorney files Oregon State Bar complaint against Eugene lawyers representing Ammon Bundy: The district attorney of Oregon’s northwesternmost county has filed an ethics complaint against a pair of Eugene lawyers who represent the now-jailed leader of a militia group that took over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in January, calling them out for the media attention they’ve sought since their client’s arrest. In a complaint filed Wednesday with the Oregon State Bar, Clatsop County District Attorney Josh Marquis asserts that attorneys Mike Arnold and Lissa Casey have said far too much to the press regarding the high-profile criminal case involving their client, Ammon Bundy.
